Leanne Nolet is a former competitive athlete and coach who has taken her passion for health and wellness to the next level by obtaining an intensive series of designations in the health and wellness field. This combination of competitive athletics and coaching combined with her advanced technical training enables her to provide clients with a comprehensive approach to wellness that integrates coaching, diet, nutrition and lifestyle management.
Technical Designations
Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN)
Leanne uses whole foods, personalized meal plans, circadian rhythms, stress management, exercise, intermittent fasting and 24 hour fasts, to help rebalance, restore, and reset metabolic health. In her practice, Leanne addresses the whole person - body, mind, and emotion. This helps clients understand the different causes of stress, and how it impacts their overall health.Â
It is a principle-based approach to health and wellness that works for everyone regardless of individual dietary preferences and/or restrictions; with an emphasis placed on food quality rather than quantity alone.Â
Certified Coach Practitioner (CCP)
Leanne completed the Certified Coach Practitioner certification through the Certified Coaches Federation. Leanne has a deep compassion and understanding of the current options available to those suffering from chronic, degenerative diseases, and she is committed to making a difference in the lives of her clients by helping them live longer, healthier lives.Â
Registered Orthomolecular Health Practitioner (ROHP)
A designation awarded to nutritionists who have met the requirements and standards of the International Organization of Nutritional Consultants. As an ROHP nutritionist, Leanne is trained to assess the biochemical individuality of each client and utilize a full spectrum of customized natural therapies including diet and nutritional supplements. Special attention is placed on the reduction of inflammation in the body, and the key role doing so plays in maintaining a healthy immune system.
